CHILDREN & YOUTH
We are committed to nurturing children and youth from the cradle to adulthood.
In all our ministries with children and teens it is our earnest prayer that they experience our love and the love of Jesus. Some highlights of these ministries are:

Movie nights, game nights, retreats, "lock-ins," Confirmation classes, summer trips, and mission opportunities - all to build relationships and faith.

Summer is alive with our Vacation Bible School and our summer education ministry which offers instruction in reading, mathematics, and composition along with lunch.

On Wednesdays during the school year, we welcome children and teens to our Faith Weaver Friends ministry -- a fun night of dinner, recreation, music, crafts, and Bible Study

In the fall of 2023 we added a Christian sports ministry to help children - both in the church and throughout our community - enjoy sports and have the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God. Upward Soccer has been a big community success.

We provide transportation for those who need it and encourage the participation of children and youth in all activities of the church. Sundays feature Sunday school with breakfast, class, and worship.

​We also provide a nursery for our youngest children while children age 5 and older participate in worship. Children and youth are invited to help with scripture readings and other parts of leading the service.
