Woodside High School/New Horizons Regional Education Center, Newport News, VA
Tawna will be graduating with an Honors Diploma. She is an orchestra magnet student who plans to attend Longwood University in the fall, studying Elementary Education and minoring in History. She hopes to become a 1st grade teacher and coach volleyball. During high school, she was very much involved with volleyball, playing since 8th grade. She is secretary of the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA); an SCA Officer; a member of the Magnet Council, Social Studies National Honor Society, and Science National Honor Society; and a former Key Club member. She maintained an A/B Honor roll with a 4.1 GPA. Tawna will also receive a certificate of completion in Early Childhood Education Development through New Horizons. She did an internship at DUPC with our preschool, under Tammy Castagna’s supervision. She has done volunteer work here at DUPC in the church office, at PORT, and other ministries. She is presently employed with GAP Factory in Williamsburg. Tawna is the daughter of Randy and Kimberly Garriott, and has an older brother Hunter Garriott.
Hampton Christian Academy, Hampton, VA
Amanda graduated with an Advanced Studies Diploma. She was a member of both the English and Science National Honor Societies. Amanda has been a varsity athlete at Hampton Christian Academy on the volleyball, basketball, soccer, and softball teams and played soccer and volleyball on local club teams. Amanda plans to attend Liberty University to do undergraduate and graduate work in biopsychology, with the goal of earning a doctoral degree (PsyD) in clinical psychology. Amanda is the daughter of James and Michelle Ramdeholl.
Warwick High School, Newport News, VA
Diamond will graduate with a Standard Diploma from Warwick High School. She has been an active church member, participating in youth ministries and serving on the audiovisual team. She plans to attend Thomas Nelson Community College to pursue a degree in nursing. Diamond is the daughter of Letitia Jones and Darnell Fladger.

Ariellia will graduate with a Standard Diploma. During her sophomore year, she managed the girls’ basketball team. She has been an active church member, participating in youth ministries and serving on the audiovisual team. Ariellia plans to attend Virginia Union University and major in Social Work. Ariellia is the daughter of Stacey Stalling and Mark Stalling.

Jesus will graduate with a Standard Diploma. He has been a varsity soccer player for four years. Jesus has been active in youth ministries, including Faith Weaver Friends and movie nights. He plans to attend Thomas Nelson Community College to study engineering. Jesus is the son of Cindy Urbina.

New Horizons Regional Education Center, Newport News, VA
Dallas graduated from New Horizons Regional Education Center with a certificate of completion for 144 hours of training in Welding Arc II. While pursuing employment in the welding field, he continues to work for Inside/Out Home Maintenance and Repairs. Dallas is the son of Andrea Limneos and the father of Vincent Timmons. He shares his 2021 graduation year with his sister, Briana Cauthorne.

Cameron graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Marketing Technologies. Cameron is the son of Dan and Deborah Dail.
Christopher Newport University, Newport News, VA
Hunter graduated with two Associate Degrees from Thomas Nelson, one in Social Sciences, and the other in Business Administration. He graduated in May from CNU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Hunter is presently employed with Continental in the Human Resources Department and plans to stay there at this time. Hunter is the son of Randy and Kimberly Garriott, and has a younger sister, Tawna.
Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA
Lesley graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree. She was on the Dean’s List throughout college and was a 2019 Upperclassman Scholarship recipient. While at VCU, Lesley was in Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, VCU Aspire (over 100 community service hours), and the Activities Planning Board Event Squad. Lesley plans to attend graduate school at Old Dominion University in the fall to pursue a master’s degree in Education. Lesley is the daughter of Kevin and Marian Gore.

Summer graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has dreamed of being a teacher since childhood. While at ODU, Summer was on the Dean’s List every semester. Summer has begun her Master of Science degree in Elementary Education at ODU and aspires to be on the Dean’s List throughout her program. She will graduate in May 2022 and plans to begin teaching by fall of 2022. Summer is the daughter of Randy and Robin Snapp and the granddaughter of Kay Gray and the late Dick Gray.

Sara graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Humanities and Science degree, with a major in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Music. Sara plans to pursue a career in her field of study. Sara is the daughter of Pete and Liz Marshall.
Walden University, Minneapolis, MN
Briana will graduate in August 2021 with a Master of Clinical Social Work. She plans on opening her own practice after graduation. Briana is the daughter of Andrea Limneos and the mother of Brentley Cauthorne.
Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA
Watson graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Education – Curriculum and Instruction. He plans to continue working in his present job at Edward via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) as Director of Medical Simulations. Watson is the son of Theal Edwards. He is married to Sharon and they have two children, James and Karli.
Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA
Jeffrey graduated in August 2020 with a Master of Special Education degree. Jeffrey plans to remain at home with his sons, Eli and Noah, until Noah goes to kindergarten. He will then pursue a teaching position. Jeffrey is married to Jessica Shildt.
